Which skin types are Miròs products suitable for?
All Miròs products are made or formulated in Korea. To ensure the highest quality and skin compatibility, we conduct irritation tests on select products. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.
Are Miròs products vegan or cruelty-free
Yes, all Miròs products are vegan & cruelty-free.
Are Miròs skincare products fragrance free?
Yes, except for Lip Spread.
Are Miròs skincare products pregnancy safe?
Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, however we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare providers for review before using.

How long will my order take to arrive?
You can expect local delivery in 2-5 business days after the order has shipped.

Australia:
- Standard International Shipping (1 - 3 weeks )(orders under ฿3,500): ฿330.00 THB
- Free Standard International Shipping (1 - 3 weeks )(orders over ฿3,500): Free
Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationally in Thailand, and internationally to Australia (please note, when checking out for Australia price will be calculated in local currency - Thai Baht. Any import or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer).
We’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future. Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.
Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.
International Shipping Policy:
Customs and Duties
Miròs (Mackova Co., Ltd) is not responsible for any customs holds, fees, or duties applied to international shipments. Customs policies vary from country to country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products comply with their local regulations. If an order is returned to us due to customs issues, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus shipping fees. If the product is seized or destroyed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Where can I purchase Miròs in person?
We currently ship online to all 77 provinces in Thailand. At this time, we do not have any physical locations where you can buy Miròs — but please subscribe to our email list to get further updates on brand launches and news.

How can I check my order?
You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

We currently accept payments through:

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
We can only accept returns on products purchased directly from our website. Any Miròs products purchased from Shopee or Lazada can only be returned to where the original purchase was made.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mirosbeauty.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 65 Phatthana Chonnabot 2 Alley, Khlong Song Ton Nun, Lat Krabang, Bangkok 10520 Thailand
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Charges for returns
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I cancel or change an order?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@mirosbeauty.com with your order info, and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
